Healthy vegan juice

This recipe makes enough for several glasses, but you can add water to make it a longer drink.

  1. 1 whole pineapple including the core
  2. 1 unwaxed lemon including the peel cut into small pieces
  3. Broccoli, including the stems and leaves (quantity varies depending on how green you’d like it)


Put everything through the high-powered juicer.

Serve with a slice of lemon.
