Vegan cooked kale

Because every vegan needs these in their life.

1 bag of prepared kale
Olive oil
Nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper

Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees.

Lay the kale out on a baking tray (if you’ve had to wash it yourself pat it down with a paper towel)
Drizzle with olive oil and a little salt
Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure it’s all getting crispy
When crispy, take out of the oven and empty into a bowl
Drizzle with more olive oil, a little more salt (to taste) and a sprinkling of nutritional yeast
Stir and serve.
