Vegan granola

Simple tasty homemade granola.

  1. 3 cups of rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup of almonds (roughly chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  4. 1/2 sunflower seeds
  5. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 2 tbsp almond butter
  7. 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (oats, chopped almonds, seeds, and cinnamon).
  • In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the maple syrup and almond butter.
  • Add the melted syrup and butter to the oat mix and stir through thoroughly.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the mixture and pack down.
  • Cook for 20 minutes at 350F. Leave to cool in the tray and then store in an airtight container.
