Caffé Mocha and Pistachio Truffles

Vegan sweet treats

Perfect after dinner, as a snack or as a gift.

  1. 2 tablespoons soy cream
  2. 4 Nākd Caffé Mocha bars, roughly chopped (if these aren’t available in your area, substitute your favorite fruit-and-nut-only bars
  3. 1/3 cup shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped

Makes: 14-16 truffles

Preparation time: 15 minutes

 

  • Place the cream in a small saucepan and add the chopped Nākd Caffé Mocha bars
  • Stir over a gentle heat, until the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars start to melt
  • Remove from the heat once the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars has melted and place in a food processor
  •  Blitz the mixture until it binds together and then roll the mixture into 16 small truffles
  •  Place the pistachios on a plate and roll each truffle into the nuts
  •  Chill until ready to eat
