Nutty Bananalicious Overnight Oats


Vegan nutty overnight oats

Waking up to find these overnight oats in your fridge is just a true delight. But if you can’t wait that long, don’t worry, they are just as luscious freshly made! Check out our deliciously vegan overnight oats recipe below.

Recipe serves: 1

  1. 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
  2. 1 heaping cup oats
  3. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  4. 5 Tbsp mixed nuts
  5. 1 diced banana

  • Mix the oats, soya alternative to yogurt and cinnamon
  • Fill a mason jar with a layer of the oat mixture
  • Add a layer of banana and nuts
  • Again another layer of oats and top it off once more with bananas and nuts
  • Leave in the fridge for 1 night
