Waking up to find these overnight oats in your fridge is just a true delight. But if you can’t wait that long, don’t worry, they are just as luscious freshly made!

  1. •2 cups Unsweetened non-dairy yogurt (If you’re in the UK, try Provamel soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars)
  2. • 1 heaping cup oats
  3. • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  4. • 5 Tbsp mixed nuts
  5. • 1 diced banana

Serves 1.

Nutty Bananalicious Overnight Oats is made using Provamel soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars.

  • Mix the oats, soya alternative to yogurt and cinnamon
  • Fill a mason jar with a layer of the oat mixture
  • Add a layer of banana and nuts
  • Again another layer of oats and top it off once more with bananas and nuts
  • Leave in the fridge for 1 night
