Peach and Blackberry Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup rolled oats
  2. 2 cups oat milk
  3. 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  4. 2 peaches
  5. Handful of blackberries
  6. 1-2 tsp vanilla sugar (or sugar + vanilla seeds) to taste
  7. Handful of almonds
  8. Few mint leaves (optional)

Wake up to a beautiful morning!

Method

  • Pour milk, oats, and chia seeds into Tupperware. Shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to use, mix the oats and chia seeds so that all liquid is absorbed.
  • Sweeten to taste with vanilla sugar.
  • Share evenly between two bowls.
  • Top with fruits and almonds. Sprinkle mint leaves if desired.
