Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • Coconut whip or coconut yogurt, and coconut flakes to top

This creamy vanilla coconut overnight oats are such an easy and delicious breakfast! Meal prep for the week and enjoy on-the-go!

Method

  1. In an airtight jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well incorporated.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Top with coconut yogurt or coconut whipped cream and then coconut flakes.
  4. Enjoy!
