1 pkg. Frozen French Fries
1 pkg. Sophie’s Kitchen Fish Fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Pepper to taste
3 oz. Canola Oil
Tartar Sauce
Lemon
1. Preheat air fryer to 400° and then cook fries until just tender, 5-10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, mix flour, panko and pepper. In another shallow bowl, add 3 oz. of canola oil. Sprinkle fish with salt; dip into canola oil to coat and then dip into flour mixture flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess.
3. Remove fries from basket; keep warm. Place fish in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Do not overcook. Return fries to basket to heat through. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with tartar sauce.
