Breakfast waffles with fruit and maple syrup


Sweet and fresh!

  1. • 350 g flour
  2. • 1 tbsp baking soda
  3. • 1 pinch of salt
  4. • 750 ml Provamel Coconut Almond
  5. • 80 ml orange juice
  6. • 80 ml groundnut oil plus some extra for baking
  7. • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  8. • maple syrup
  9. • red fruits

Serves 4.

Provamel Coconut Almond Drink helps to make these breakfast waffles!

  • Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and Provamel Coconut almond drink, orange juice, oil and vanilla to a homogenous mass.
  • Heat the waffle iron and grease it with some oil.
  • Bake the waffles until they are golden brown.
  • Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
