Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 120 ml almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
  3. 70g cashew nuts
  4. 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  5. 1 minced garlic clove
  6. 1 tbsp capers
  7. Dash of soya sauce
  8. Juice of 1 squeezed lemon

A quick and tasty vegan Caesar dressing to liven up any salad!

Preparation

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth

Keep the remaining dressing in an airtight container. Best eaten within one week.
