  1. 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  2. 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  3. ½ avocado
  4. 2-3 tsp Sukrin almond flour
  5. 2 tsp Sukrin Gold (or sweetener of your choice)
  6. Ice

This delicious and unusual smoothie has the delicate flavour of matcha green tea powder which is full of antioxidants, with extra fibre and protein provided by the almond flour.


Low in fat and carbs, with protein and fibre.


  • Simply whizz in a blender and serve immediately.
