  1. Crackers of your choice (I selected Ryvita Pumpkin Seeds & Oats for this pic)
  2. Vegan cheese (I used Violife Mozzarella)
  3. Optional:
  4. Branston Pickle
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Cucumber
  7. Celery

This simple snack is still available to you as a vegan! All you need is some plant-based cheese and some great tasting crackers… lots of well-known (Ritz, for example) and supermarket brands are vegan… just check the label first.
