3tbsp Maple syrup (4tbsp if you like them sweeter)
4tbsp Coconut oil
1tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1tsp Vanilla extract
50g Raw dark chocolate (roughly chopped into small pieces)
A pinch of sea salt
A yummy alternative cookie recipe!
Preparation
makes 12 small cookies – Oven 150c.
Method
Put all of the ingredients, apart from the chocolate, into a food processor. Whizz up until the mixture starts to come together, then empty out into a bowl.
Add the roughly chopped chocolate into the crumbed mixture and bring together with your hands until it forms a ball.
Divide the cookie dough into twelve evenly sized balls and place onto a baking tray. Using the palm of your hand squash the cookie balls down to make a flat round cookie shape.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on how hot your oven is.
