Food In A Minute: Easy Peasy Broccoli Cheese

  1. 1 x head of broccoli
  2. Cold water
  3. 2/3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  4. Black pepper (to taste)
  5. Juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • Chop the broccoli into florets
  • Add to cold water and bring to the boil
  • Once bubbling (show) drain and return to the pan
  • Add nutritional yeast and stir
  • Add the lemon juice and pepper. Stir.
  • Taste!
  • Add more nutritional yeast to make extra cheesy
  • Serve!
  • Try it with… Pasta, cauliflower, or even peas!
  • So simple, so cheesy, so delicious!
