Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  1. 1 pot of white yogurt (I used Provamel soya)
  2. 1/3 cup of puffed quinoa (you can use puffed rice too)
  3. Handful of strawberries
  4. Handful of kiwi
  5. Handful of oats
  6. Handful of raspberries
  7. Brown rice syrup

The simplest dishes are often the most delicious. This just requires layering and it’s ready to eat!

Preparation

Chop up all the fruit, and start layering it in a tall glass.

Start with the strawberries, then yogurt followed by a drizzle of brown rice syrup.

Next up is puffed quinoa and kiwi followed by another layer of yogurt and drizzle of brown rice syrup.

Finish with the oats and raspberries on the top.

Let it set in the fridge for an hour.
