  1. 5 ice cubes
  2. ½ cup coconut water
  3. ½ cup kale
  4. ½ cup chopped cucumber
  5. ¼ cup mango juice
  6. 1 apple
  7. 1 celery stalk
  8. 1 banana
  9. 2 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
  10. Sprig mint leaves
  11. Sprinkle with Chia

I have always been a fan of smoothies. And this one will knock your socks off!
