I have always been a fan of smoothies. And this one will knock your socks off!
5 ice cubes
½ cup coconut water
½ cup kale
½ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup mango juice
1 apple
1 celery stalk
1 banana
2 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
Sprig mint leaves
Sprinkle with Chia
Chop and Blend!
Best serve chilled.
