Instant Raw Crumble

You want a crumble and you want it now? This quick and easy recipe has all the flavours, none of the waiting.

Makes 2 portions

  1. 2 apples
  2. 2 handfuls blueberries
  3. 1 handful pecans
  4. 1 handful hazelnuts
  5. 1 handful almonds
  6. 1 handful quinoa flakes (be sure to use flakes not the usual seed)
  7. 1 handful dates (remove stone)

  • Cut and core the apple. You don’t need to peel it.
  • Put the apple and the blueberries in the chopper attachment of a hand blender or food processor.
  • Blend till smooth-ish. Put into serving bowls.
  • Put all of the nuts into the blender and blitz till they are crumbs.
  • Add the dates and blitz again until the dates are very small pieces.
  • Add the quinoa flakes and blitz for a few seconds.
  • Pour this mixture on top of the fruit.
