Liquorice Nice Cream

Ingredients

  1. 2 bananas, chopped and frozen over night
  2. A splash of dairy free milk
  3. 1t +1t + a drizzle blackstrap molasses
  4. 2t fennel powder
  5. Chopped nuts to serve

By using frozen bananas, you don’t need an ice cream maker for this quick and easy ice cream.

Method

  • Using a handblender, blend the bananas, milk, 1t molasses and fennel powder. You will have to push down firmly with the blender. The mixture should be smooth.
  • Add 1t more blackstrap molasses and fold in to create a ripple effect.
  • Pour into a bowl or glass and drizzle with a little molasses.
  • Scatter with chopped nuts to serve
