Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Vegan chocolate chip

Little bites of heaven!

  1. 250g ground almonds
  2. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 125ml grapeseed oil
  5. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  6. 125ml agave nectar
  7. 150g dark chocolate chips 73%

Makes about 24 cookies.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Then stir together the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients into dry.

Form ½ inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 180°c for 7-10 minutes.

Cool and serve!
