  1. • 500ml Provamel soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  2. • 100g oats
  3. • tbsp cinnamon
  4. • 50g mixed nuts
  5. • 1 diced banana

Waking up to find these overnight oats in your fridge is just a true delight. But if you can’t wait that long, don’t worry, they are just as luscious freshly made!


Serves 1. Nutty Bananalicious Overnight Oats is made using Provamel soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars.


  • Mix the oats, soya alternative to yogurt and cinnamon
  • Fill a mason jar with a layer of the oat mixture
  • Add a layer of banana and nuts
  • Again another layer of oats and top it off once more with bananas and nuts
  • Leave in the fridge for 1 night
