Ingredients

  1. • 2 ripe bananas
  2. • 100 g fresh pineapple
  3. • 400 ml Provamel Rice Coconut Pineapple Drink
  4. • 200 g crushed ice
  5. • 2 tsp chia seed
  6. • Pineapple & fruit to garnish

A refreshing shake to brighten up your day!

Preparation

Serves 2.

Made using Provamel Rice Coconut Pineapple Drink.

Method

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • Cube the pineapple and put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Mix until creamy and garnish with a slice of pineapple and some fruit.
