  1. • 4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yogurt free from sugars
  2. • Freshly squeezed juice of 3 to 4 oranges
  3. • 2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
  4. • 2 fresh figs
  5. • tbsp of seeds: chia seeds & poppy seeds (or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have at hand, we’re not picky!)

Perfect when you need a refreshing boost in your day!


  • Just put all the ingredients in a blender and let’s mix! It can’’t get any easier than this!
