Super Simple Brownies

These brownies are a bit different as they are packed with protein, making them a great post workout snack to help with your body’s natural recovery, or even as a filling and indulgent snack. Plus, this recipe is super simple.

  1. 50g ground almonds
  2. 10g pea protein powder
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 20g dried cranberries (optional)
  5. 50g chopped medjool dates
  6. 2 tsp agave or rice syrup
  7. 100g melted dark chocolate

  • Mix the following together in a bowl or blend in a food processor; ground almonds, chopped medjool dates, pea protein, agave or rice syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and add in the cranberries.
  • Form onto a tray to set for 20 mins.
  • Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
