  1. 1 x banana
  2. 1 x mango
  3. 1 x pear (optional)
  4. Coconut milk or Provamel’s Coconut-Rice-Pineapple milk
  5. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Because some days you need to bring the sunshine to you!


  • Put all the ingredients into a blender – I always put the fruit first. (Make sure you peel the mango – I then just cut mine straight into the blender, discarding the stone once I’ve got as much flesh off as possible.)
  • Blend and drink!
  • Mmmmmm… Oh so tropical!
