Breakfast waffles with fruit and maple syrup

Provamel

Sweet and fresh!

• 350 g flour
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 750 ml Provamel Coconut Almond
• 80 ml orange juice
• 80 ml groundnut oil plus some extra for baking
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• maple syrup
• red fruits

Serves 4.

Provamel Coconut Almond Drink helps to make these breakfast waffles!

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and Provamel Coconut almond drink, orange juice, oil and vanilla to a homogenous mass.

Heat the waffle iron and grease it with some oil.

Bake the waffles until they are golden brown.

Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
