1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp dried marjoram
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried sage
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄4 cup corn starch
½ tsp baking powder
For the buttermilk:
1 cup vegan buttermilk (1 cup of soya milk and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, whisked together and left to sit for 5 – 10 mins)
1 tsp hot sauce
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
