Ingredients

1½ cups cooked fusilli
½ cup chopped cucumbers
¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
½ cup thinly sliced radish
1 medium red pepper, sliced
⅓ cup sweetcorn
2 tablespoons vegan sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Green Vie Greek Block (or other vegan feta alternative) to serve

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the Greek Style, and mix well.
