Mexican Chop Salad

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes


75 g (5 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Vegan Mayonnaise

50 g Baby Potato with skin, boiled

30 g Sweet Corn Kernels

3-4 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

50 g Chickpeas, boiled

1 small Bunch Green Leafy Lettuce, shredded

50 g Nachos, crushed


1 tbsp Taco Seasoning


  1. In a mason jar add 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise, followed by baby potatoes, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, and then layer it with the remaining mayonnaise, taco seasoning, chickpeas, lettuce leaves, nachos and salt.
  2. Close the jar, give it a good shake, flip it over into a bowl and serve.
