MILLET MANGO FALUDA

Perfect refresher for a hot afternoon, and is quite filling too!

Ingredients

1 cup foxtail millet/little millet vermicelli, cooked
in water
3 cups fresh mango pulp
3 tsp chia seeds, soaked in
water for 30 minutes
Melon seeds for garnish
2 scoops vegan ice cream

Perfect refresher for a hot afternoon, and is quite filling too!

Method

1. Take a long faluda glass and fill two-thirds with mango pulp.
2. Add cooked vermicelli, chia seeds and melon seeds, and
finish with a scoop of ice cream.
3. Use a long spoon to mix and eat/drink.
