Ingredients

1 cup foxtail millet/little millet
vermicelli
2 cups nut milk (soya milk has
thick consistency, ideal
for kheer)
¾ cup jaggery powder
Pinch of
cardamom, powdered
Pinch of saffron

Method

1. Bring the milk to a boil and add the millet vermicelli. Cook
for eight minutes on medium heat.
2. Once vermicelli is cooked add the jaggery powder,
cardamom and saffron. Simmer for two minutes.
3. Mix well and serve
