PEANUT AND SESAME LADDU

Ingredients

1 cup peanuts, roasted
¾ cup sesame, roasted
1 cup soft dates
¾ cup fresh coconut, grated
¼ tsp dry ginger powder
Pinch of cardamom
3 tsp jaggery

These vegan laddus can be part of any celebration and double up as energy bites on the go. Take your pick!

Method

  • In a blender, powder peanuts and sesame to a coarse powder.
  • Add coconut, dates, jaggery, cardamom and dry ginger powder to the blender and get a fine moist mix.
  • Empty mixture into a plate and mix well.
  • Make round balls or laddus and store them in an airtight container.
  • Consume within four days.
