PEANUT AND SESAME LADDU

Ingredients

1 cup peanuts, roasted
¾ cup sesame, roasted
1 cup soft dates
¾ cup fresh coconut, grated
¼ tsp dry ginger powder
Pinch of cardamom
3 tsp jaggery

These vegan laddus can be part of any celebration and double up as energy bites on the go. Take your pick!

Method

1. In a blender, powder peanuts and sesame to a
coarse powder.
2. Add coconut, dates, jaggery, cardamom and dry ginger
powder to the blender and get a fine moist mix.
3. Empty mixture into a plate and mix well.
4. Make round balls or laddus and store them in an airtight
container.
5. Consume within four days.
