Ingredients

2 cups ragi vermicelli
½ cup fresh coconut
½ cup jaggery powder
Seeds or nuts for garnish

Great gluten free snack for those early evening cravings. Pair it with a hot cuppa for those chilly days.

Method

  • Wash the vermicelli and place it in a muslin cloth for one minute to absorb excess water.
  • Steam it for five minutes. Once done, transfer to a bowl and add the coconut and jaggery, seeds/nuts and mix well.
  • It is ready to be consumed.
