Banana Rasayana

Ingredients

3 Bananas, ripe but not over ripe
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
3 tbsp Jaggery
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Optional -100ml plant milk and 1tbsp roasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix well but gently
  • Optional- add the sesame seeds and plant milk
  • Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving
