Ingredients (serves 4)
• 3 Bananas, ripe but not over ripe
• 3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
• 3 tbsp Jaggery
• 1 tsp Cardamom powder
• Optional -100ml plant milk and 1tbsp roasted sesame seeds
You will be surprised that this oilfree, glutenfree and no cooking recipe is a traditional Indian dish. Try it this festive season
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients
3. Mix well but gently
4. Optional- add the sesame seeds and plant milk
5. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving
