Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Sweet Potato

2 Slightly Over-Ripe Bananas

3 Cups Non-Dairy Milk

3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Method

  • Pressure cook the sweet potato for up to three whistles. Cool and peel. Alternatively you can steam it until tender.
  • Blend the cooked sweet potato, bananas and non-dairy milk until thick and creamy.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes before serving.
