Tempayy cubes 200 Gm
Corn flour 01 Tsp
Stir fry sauce 02 Tsp
Soy sauce 02 Tsp
Green and yellow zucchini cubes 02 Tsp
Long beans 01 Nos
Red, green, yellow pepper cubes 1/4 each Tsp
Asparagus 02 Nos
Salt to taste 10 Nos
Chopped garlic 02 Tsp
Chopped ginger 03 Tsp
White vinegar 1/4 Tsp
Sugar 1/4 Tsp
Chopped spring onions 02 Tsp

1. Unbox Hello Tempayy natural cubes (OR) Simply Sriracha/ Szechuan Chilli Tempayy Cubes
2. Marinate the cubes with soy sauce and salt. Skip step 2 if using marinated cubes.
3. Sauté in a pan and keep it aside.

Other prep-
1. Make a slurry with corn flour and water
2. Cube long beans and zucchini, cut cubes of pimentos and finely chop spring onions.



  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins
  3. Add zucchini and pepper cubes. Sauté for 5 mins.
  4. Add the sauces (stir fry sauce and soy sauce) and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add vinegar, spring onions and sugar.
  6. Toss the sauteed tempayy and the corn flour slurry, stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot immediately
