Become a Friend of Veganuary!

Why do we donate to charities and non-profit organisations? Because we believe in them! We believe in who they are, what they do, and what they stand for.

Well, we’re asking you to believe in Veganuary.

Veganuary is getting results. In only two years we have had 16,000 people sign up to try vegan in January. And we believe that thousands more have participated unofficially, as well as throughout the months that followed the first Veganuary, in 2014.

Veganuary has a ripple effect; one participant can transform an entire family and influence a significant number of friends. We are sent these stories every day and regularly upload them to We are changing households, and it is in changing households that we will change society.

Veganuary is a grassroots campaign for the modern era, and we have plans in place to expand rapidly and effectively. In order to keep going, however, we need your help.;

Like any non-profit we rely on donations. Up until now (1 February 2015), we have been almost completely self-funded, but that bundle of cash has been used up.

Please donate to Veganuary if:

  • Veganuary has changed your life, or the lives of those you know
  • You want to reduce the suffering of animals
  • You want to see vegan become a social norm
  • You want to provide an immediate and lasting solution for climate change
  • You believe that we are responsible for a better and more sustainable world.

You can choose to donate a one-off sum, but please consider donating a smaller amount more regularly. If all our supporters made monthly donations of between £1 and £10 (USD $1.50 – $15 or AUD $2 – $19) then the impact on Veganuary and what we can do would be huge.

Veganuary introduces veganism to those who have never before considered it, and provides the support to those who want to try it but just don’t know how. We can continue to do great things, but we cannot continue to do them alone.

Donate today.

Results from the Veganuary 2015 survey will be released in the next few months. In 2014, over 50% of survey respondents said they were staying vegan. Indications suggest that 2015 has been just as successful.
