Tempayy cubes 200 Gm
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Fresh green chillies 02 Nos
Fresh ginger 1/2 Inch
Onions 01 No
Fresh coriander leaves 01 Tsp
Plant Milk 1/2 Cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 Tbsp
Oil 03 Tsp

PREP TIME 10 mins
COOKING TIME 12 mins
SERVES 4

  1. Unbox the Hello Tempayy natural cubes
  2. Grate the cubes and set aside
  3. Finely chop onions, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves and keep aside.

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger and sauté for 30 seconds
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté for 05 mins or until they turn translucent.
  4. Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and grated Tempayy. Sauté for 05 mins.
  5. Add salt, black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves. Sauté for 02 more minutes.
  6. Pour milk and sauté for 02 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
