At Harvester, we’re kicking off 2019 with Veganuary, so you can tick healthy eating off your list of resolutions. We’ve got some awesome, limited-edition vegan meals that give flavour a whole new meaning!

So, what can you expect this Veganuary? …

First off, we have The Purist Burger — nestled between a seeded bun with baby gem lettuce, tomato and a pickled chilli, is a Moving Mountains plant-based patty, smothered with a melting mature Violife slice.

If it’s dessert you’re in the mood for — we’ve got you covered. Try our Vegan Sundae Best, our very own vegan take on the much-loved Harvester classic. Scrumptious scoops of vanilla non-dairy ice-cream drizzled with your choice of Belgian chocolate, raspberry or strawberry sauce. Heaven.

The fun doesn’t stop there and neither do the options — whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or simply want to try something a little different, there’s plenty of options for everyone this Veganuary.

  • The Purist Burger
    Moving Mountains plant-based burger topped with a melting mature Violife slice, in a toasted seeded bun with baby gem lettuce, tomato, burger sauce and a pickled chilli, served with triple-cooked chunky chips and burger sauce dip.
  • The Beyond Bean Burger
    Spiced chipotle vegan bean burger topped with flat mushroom, melting mature Violife slice, in a toasted seeded bun with baby gem lettuce, tomato, burger sauce and a pickled chilli, served with triple-cooked chunky chips and burger sauce dip.
  • Aubergine & Red Lentil Tagine
    Giant couscous cooked with apricots, raisins, coriander & red pepper, topped with a Moroccan-inspired spiced stew, with flatbread and houmous
  • Jamaican-style Katsu Curry
    Topped with breaded aubergine, sweet potato and cauliflower, with golden rice & beans and a flat bread. Also refer to choice of carb or side for additional allergen information.
  • Peri-Peri Tofu Skewers
    With golden rice & beans, chilli and garlic kickin’ peas, peri-peri sauce and a wedge of lemon.
