Honest Burgers: Serving Up Delicious Vegan Options with Big Flavour
Honest Burgers, co-founded by friends Tom Barton and Philip Eeles in Brighton, began its journey cooking great British burgers at a local food festival. From humble beginnings in a field, they opened their first restaurant in Brixton Market, committed to making everything from scratch.
In response to growing demand for plant-based options, Honest Burgers launched the Plant Burger in October 2018 – a flavour-packed vegan burger featuring a Beyond Meat patty. Read on to discover the vegan options.
