Co-founded by friends Tom Barton and Philip Eeles in Brighton, Honest Burgers started out cooking great British burgers in a field at a local food festival. The following year they opened a tiny restaurant in Brixton Market, making everything from scratch. Honest Burgers launched the ‘Plant’ burger which uses a Beyond Meat patty in October 2018 following a successful four-month trial at their King’s Cross site.
