- Tofu Miso Broth – Baked tofu & handmade alkaline noodles in miso broth. Served with carrots, daikon, Chinese cabbage, pak choi, edamame, spring onion, coriander & chilli.
Bowls
- Teriyaki Tofu – Smoked tofu in a shiitake teriyaki sauce, with pineapple chilli salsa, edamame, wakame seaweed, spring onion and sesame seeds. Served on your choice of base.
- Miso Aubergine – Miso aubergine with mango mint salsa, edamame, pickled cabbage, spring onion and toasted buckwheat. Served on your choice of base.
- Pumpkin Crunch (Limited Edition) – Kabocha pumpkin, shoyu dressing, seaweed & panko crumbs, pickled pumpkin and ginger, cucumber salad jalapeños, spring onion, smashed avocado, teriyaki sauce, sriracha mayo & crispy shallots
