  • Chocolate, Banana & Coconut Porridge Topper – Add a touch of indulgence to our porridge. Pret’s chocolate porridge topper is filled with dried banana, dark chocolate and coconut chips
  • Coconut & Quinoa Porridge – Coconut & Quinoa Porridge
  • Seed & Fruit Porridge Topper – Add a touch of colour to your porridge. Pret’s seed & fruit porridge topper is filled with golden linseeds, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots, cranberries and goji berries.

  • Acai & Almond Butter Bowl – Sliced banana, granola and acai berry puree, topped with shredded apple, pomegranate seeds and almond butter. (Fruit stones may remain)
  • Mango & Banana Sunshine Bowl – Blended mango and banana, with a splash of coconut milk and a dash of turmeric, topped with granola, blueberries and coconut chips.

Sandwiches, Baguettes and Wraps


  • The PLT – Roasted shiitake & chestnut mushroom rashers with sliced tomatoes, salad mix and a dollop of vegan black pepper & parsley mayo served on malted bread.
    • Homous & Veg – A generous dollop of Pret’s humous, with cucumber, roasted tomatoes and spinach served on malted bread.
      • Smashed Avo Open Sandwich – A thick slice of Pret’s multigrain bread topped with creamy smashed avocado, finished with a sprinkle of chilli & red pepper salt and served with a lemon wedge.
        • Smoky Carrot & Falafel – Sweet potato falafel with smoky carrot ribbons, gherkins, pickled cabbage & carrot and a layer of sriracha sauce. Finished with a handful of rocket.
          • The VLT – Roasted shiitake & chestnut ‘rashers’ with sliced tomatoes, salad mix and a dollop of vegan mayo served on Pret’s malted bread.
            • Baguettes
      • Artichoke, Olives & Tapenade – A vegan recipe on stone baked baguette. Made with our roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes tapenade topped with Kalamata olives and grilled artichoke hearts. Finished off with fresh basil leaves. We have changed the recipe of our stone baked baguette. It now contains Sunflower seeds.
        • Avo, Olive & Toms Baguette – Sliced avocado with Kalamata olive tapenade, roasted tomatoes and peppery rocket. Finished with whole-leaf basil and a sprinkling of roasted pine nuts.
        • Plant Ploughmans Baguette – Smoky vegan cheeze, with spicy chipotle ketchup and chunky Pret pickle. Finished with roasted tomatoes, sliced red onion and salad mix in our white baguette.
          • Vegan Eggless Mayo & Cress – A vegan classic combination of tofu and vegan mayo creates our ‘eggless mayo’. Finished with freshly chopped cress and a little seasoning.
            • Cold Lunch Rolls
              • All Day Breakfast Rye Roll – Roasted mushrooms and tomatoes with spicy chipotle ketchup and our eggless tofu mayo, finished with freshly chopped cress and a dab of vegan mayo served in a barley & rye roll.
                • Scandi Style Smoky Carrot & Eggless Tofu Mayo – Smoky carrot ribbons on a layer of our eggless tofu mayo, topped with sliced radish and pickled onions. Finished with a dab of vegan mayo & fresh dill. Served in a barley & rye roll.
                • Wraps
                  • Falafel, Avo & Chipotle Salad Wrap – Sweet potato falafel and freshly sliced avocado with a dollop of chipotle ketchup. Topped with pickled onions, crunchy red peppers, fresh coriander and our charred corn salsa. All of this wrapped in our kibbled rye wrap.
    • Hoisin Mushroom Wrap – Roasted mushrooms coated in our rich hoisin sauce, with cucumber, pickled cabbage & carrot salad, sliced spring onions, coriander, spinach and vegan mayo.
  • Humous & Chipotle Wrap – A generous dollop of Pret’s humous with spicy chipotle ketchup and fresh coriander. Topped with sliced red peppers, crunchy carrot & mooli slaw, pickled cabbage & carrot and baby leaf spinach.
  • Vegan Chilli Salad Wrap – Our spicy vegan chilli with sliced avocado on a kibbled wrap topped with charred sweetcorn salsa and coriander. Pickled onions provide a slightly sharp note while red peppers and spinach add crunch and bounce.
    • Wraps
      • Meatless Meatball Hot Wrap – A vegan version of our classic Swedish Meatball Hot Wrap, created with our chunky vegan meatballs flavoured with garlic and herb on a layer of red tapenade, chipotle ketchup and red onions. Topped with red pepper and finished with a sprinkling of crispy onions.
        • Vegan Ragu & Red Pepper Hot Wrap – This vegan hot wrap combines our chunky veg & lentil sauce with crunchy red peppers, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives and crispy onions.

Other Hot Food

  • Coconut & Turmeric Sweet Potato Curry Bowl – Spiced turmeric roasted sweet potato, red pepper and cauliflower in a lightly spiced coconut, tomato & lentil curry. Served on a bed of our brown rice & quinoa, finished with a sprinkle of coconut chips
  • Pret’s Vegan Mac & Greens – Tubetti rigati pasta and cauliflower florets mixed with our vegan béchamel sauce, we then add spinach and parsley before finishing with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.
  • Spicy Vegan No’Duja Macaroni – Tubetti rigati pasta with spinach, cauliflower florets and a vegan béchamel and red tapenade sauce. Topped with vegan mushroom No’Duja, a sprinkling of panko breadcrumbs and a drizzle of olive & rapeseed oil.
  • Vegan Chilli Enchilada – Our spicy vegan chilli rolled up in a kibbled wrap on a bed of a spicy red pepper sauce and topped with a layer of Pret’s vegan béchamel. Finished with a sprinkling of parsley and breadcrumbs

Salads and Protein Pots

  • Humous & Falafel Mezze Salad – Sweet potato falafel and a dollop of humous, served with brown rice and red quinoa mixed with fresh mint & parsley. Paired with pickled cabbage & carrot and sliced cucumber and fresh pomegranate.
    • Sweet Potato Falafel Mezze Salad Bowl – Sweet potato falafel with chargrilled red peppers and a dollop of humous. Served with pickled cabbage & carrot, sliced cucumber and a pot of French dressing. Finished with a wedge of lemon and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.

Sweet and Savory

  • Almond Protein Ball – Pret’s delicious vegan Almond protein balls are a high protein snack made from almonds, with an almond butter centre, ideal for the fast modern lifestyle​.
  • Dark Chocolate Corn Cakes – Puffed corn cakes topped with dark chocolate.
  • Fruit & Seed Bite – A high fibre bite with dried cranberries and sultanas, topped with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and golden linseeds, bound together with dates and a touch of cinnamon.
  • Hazelnut Truffles
  • Pret’s Nut Bar – Chunky Almonds with shaved coconut, pumpkin seeds and sweetened dried cranberries bound together and baked. Then a layer of dark chocolate coats the base.
  • Dark Chocolate Salted Almonds – Roasted almonds dipped in a rich, dark chocolate, a sprinkle of sea salt and a dusting of cocoa.
  • Pret A Mango – A little bag of chopped, dried mango.
  • Salted Crunchy Corn – Crunchy roasted corn kernels perfectly seasoned with a sprinkle of salt.
  • Dark Chocolate & Almond Butter Cookie – A rich dark chocolate cookie, studded with melting chocolate chunks and crunchy almond pieces, enriched with almond butter and sprinkled with a little sea salt. This is one of our most popular treats. The cookie is made to a vegan recipe but there’s a chance that our cookie dough may have come into contact with dairy at the bakery where it’s produced. These cookies are still suitable for vegans but may contain traces of dairy.
