Pizza Bases

  • Rustica Pizza – Our signature pizza – hand stretched that bit further for a bigger base, a crispier texture and more toppings.
  • Classic Pizza – Good news! All our classic pizzas can now be made using our non-gluten base ask for gluten-free.


  • Rustica Margherita – Tomato, vegan mozzarella alternative made with coconut oil & basil served with a rustica base. Three additional toppings can be added see below
  • Vegan Aubergine & Pesto – Roasted aubergine, sunblush tomatoes and vegan MozzaRisella, topped with toasted pine nuts, green pesto and fresh basil.

  • Vegan Rainbow Lasagne – Six layers of pasta with butternut squash, beetroot & red onion, and spinach. Oven-baked, topped with pesto and breadcrumbs and served in a pomodoro sauce with fresh basil.

A selection of additions are available with the pasta dishes – Artichokes, Fire roasted peppers, Field mushrooms, Black olives, Green chillies, Roasted red onions, or Spinach.


  • All-The-Greens Risotto – Veggie-packed green pesto, pea and leek risotto with courgette, onion, spinach and toasted pine nuts.
