Me and my mom had always been meat eaters but as time got on we noticed how unhealthy we were. We needed to make a change.
Back in 2011 we started eating more vegetation food such as, Quorn, Linda Mcartney etc. After a year or so we felt way more healthier and only heard about Veganuary through a YouTube channel. Now me and my mom are feeling much better in our third week of Veganuary and we hope that after this month, we will become vegan. Vegan for life.
