All Ombars are sweetened with organic coconut blossom sugar – a natural product made by evaporating the water from coconut palm sap. Although not raw, coconut blossom sugar has a low glycaemic index and loads more integrity than agave nectar. It is also sustainable and supported by Fairworld.
