You can use No Egg to replace both whole eggs or egg whites in cooking and baking. No Egg is not so great for scrambled egg or omelettes, but otherwise it really is a fantastic, no cholesterol, replacement.
It can be used in cakes, meringues or to make egg free mayonnaise. It is also great as a pantry fill as each packet has the equivalent of 66 eggs. You’ll never need eggs again!
Potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium carbonate, citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): methylcellulose. Ingredients are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
