Hi, I just want to share how being a vegan, plus running could greatly help in losing weight.
I would say it wasn’t an easy journey for me, from a heavy food eater into a vegan. It required me a lot of self-control and patience.
And as days go by, my body slowly adopted to love running and being a vegan. I started at the age of 15 and was really conscious about my weight (80kgs), then I thought of rehabilitating myself to be healthy and fit.
And now, I’m 17 years old, and have lost 30kgs and recently weighed 50kgs. For a teenager myself, early prevention is better than cure. I am 2 years a vegan-runner and I’m proud to say that I am a NO MEAT ATHLETE.
