Alpro Vegan Overnight Oats

100g jumbo porridge oats
100ml Alpro Soya No Sugars Drink
Half of apple, cored and coarsely grated
250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yoghurt
15g dried apricots, roughly chopped
15g mixed seeds, toasted

To serve:
80g seasonal berries
1 banana

Recipe provided by Alpro


  1. Mix all the ingredients except the berries and banana in a large bowl.
  2. Cover, chill and leave to soak overnight.
  3. To serve, spoon into two individual bowls and top with some berries and sliced banana.
  4. Voila! The breakfast that’s always there for you.
