Avocado, Tomato and Marmite on Toast

Vegan meal

My absolute favourite breakfast, favourite snack, or just favourite, favourite… ever!


  1. Toasted bread
  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. 1 x ripe avocado
  4. Marmite (or Vegemite)
  5. Vegan butter
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. Hot sauce (optional)

  • Toast your bread
  • Spread with vegan marge and Marmite
  • Layer the avocado and sliced tomato in whichever way you please – you may wish to mash the avocado and then put the tomato on top
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shake of hot sauce if you like that kind of thing (which I do!)
  • Demolish!
