This lovely fresh Portuguese recipe makes the perfect lunch, snack or dinner party starter.

Put all the ingredients (except the lemon) in a pan following the order above. Cover it and cook it at medium temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon onto the mushrooms and serve them as a starter with some bread slices.
